Collection, delivery & shipping information

Delivery lead times

We pride ourselves in providing an end-to-end service to your home. We can personally deliver your product from the Cape CBD with our own delivery vehicles and team, dispatched from our warehouse. Your location and order size will impact cost and speediness we can get your order to you. Provided all material’s are in stock, delivery lead times we strive for are as follows.

Cape Town CBD 10-15 working days
Greater Western Cape 15-18 working days
Greater South Africa 15-20 working days
Surrounding areas 20 working days
Delivery organized by Four Seasons Covers – Cape Town & Johannesburg only

o   Your items will be delivered directly to your home, where we will place protection covers, cushions or accessories onto your furniture, or into the relevant area.

o   This service will incur a cost worked out per kilometer, please provide your full address should you require delivery.

o   We will do our best to accommodate our clients however please note it would be of great assistance to ensure your existing furniture is clean and positioned in the correct area, to ensure a smooth fitting.

o   Should we need to deliver using our logistic partners as you are outside of our reach, delivery will be curbside, which is to your front door only.

Collection of your order

o   Any order may be collected from either office or warehouse in Cape Town at no extra cost.

o   Please arrange ahead of time a day and time that suits you best and we shall ensure everything is ready for easy collection.

Returns policy

o   Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, upon delivery we encourage you to check and make sure that the product has been made to the specific custom measurements that you agreed upon in your email confirmation.

o   Should this not be the case, or should you require adjustments, please fold up and contact us immediately.

o   Should measurements that have been provided be incorrect, we will need to invoice alterations above and beyond the original amount.

To clean protection covers

o   Keep covers on furniture

o   Use a Soft sponge and soapy warm water to clean covers

o   Rinse with cool water

o   Leave to dry
